IMPORTANT INFORMATION !!! Please read before signing up! Deposit & Check In: 1. Your $5 deposit is refunded in full when you check in with us. No-shows forfeit the deposit. 2. You can cancel for a full refund until Sat 10 Oct 2026, 12:30 AM (36 hours before the event). 3. On the day, please arrive before 12:25 pm and have your ticket ready when you check in. 4 Please arrive on time. If you are coming late, contact us. 5. Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late (12:40 PM) and we don't hear from you, you will be treated as no-show. Payment Arrangement: This event will follow a "table-based bill splitting (AA)" format. 1. Each table will order food independently. 2. The bill will be split among participants at the same table. 3. A committee member at each table will act as the table leader to collect payments and settle the bill. 4. MSA will not centrally collect or calculate individual payments. 5. We kindly ask all participants to complete payment at the table before leaving.
